5 Year Warranty
This warranty applies to online / phone orders only and does not apply to overseas orders.
Cost = £50 per seat (for example, a 3 seater year warranty will cost £150)

The Multimaster 5 year warranty is one of the most comprehensive of its kind and protects you in summary against spills, accidents and structural damage. See below for further details.

How long does my cover last?
Your cover will last for 5 years.
How many times can I claim?
There are no limits to the number of times you can make a claim.
How many times can I claim for pet damage?
Once per period of insurance.
What does the 5 Year Structural Warranty Cover?
The structural warranty is for claims after year one - which is covered by our own associated manufacturing office. The policy will cover everything covered under the manufacturers warranty including the following:
- Defects to frames caused by warpage and breakage.
- Bending and breakage of metal components.
- Separation of seams.
- Excessive loss of foam resiliency in cushions.
- Damage to mechanisms (excluding electrical).
- Failure of mechanical recliners.
- Damage to zips, castors and buttons.
- Lifting or peeling of hide on leather furniture.
- Failure of assembled joints of solid wood, veneered or laminated furniture including warpage and separation of frames
Where damage is unable to be repaired, our warranty will if necessary replace the faulty item. The extended warranty expires once the item has been replaced.
How does the 5 Year Structural Warranty work?
Your warranty begins at the date of delivery and we must be advised once this has arrived in order to commence the warranty, which is underwritten by AIG Europe. AIG, (American International Group) are world leaders in financial services and insurance. They are the largest underwriter of commercial and industrial business in the US. AIG are already well established in the extended warranty market covering many categories from electrical appliances to credit card enhancements.
