5 Year Policy

This policy applies to online / phone orders only and does not apply to overseas orders.

Cost = £50 per seat (for example, a 3 seater year policy will cost £150)

The Homeserve 5 year policy, brought to you by HomeServe Membership Limited protects you in summary against spills, accidents and structural damage. See below for further details.

(other than body fluids, one claim max per policy issued, subject to contract)

• Failure of Mechanical Recliners
• Zips, Castors and Buttons

(Please note, the office chairs have a gas mechanism to alter height, this is not covered in the 5 year policy)

How many times can I claim for pet damage?
Once per period of insurance.

What does the 5 Year Structural Policy Cover?
The structural element of this policy is for claims after year one - which is covered by our own associated manufacturing office.

Where damage is unable to be repaired, our policy will if necessary replace the faulty item.

How does the 5 Year Structural Policy work?
Your policy begins at the date of delivery and we must be advised once this has arrived in order to commence the policy, which is underwritten by AIG Europe.
