Do you use genuine leather?

Absolutely, we do not use split or faux leather on any part of our sofas.

Can I get a free sample of fabric or leather?

Of course! Click here to choose which fabrics and/or leathers you’d like and we’ll send them out to you.

Are your sofas handmade?

Yes, each and every one of our sofas is handmade to order by skilled craftsmen with many years experience in upholstery.

Can I see the furniture before purchase?

We have showrooms in South London (Fulham), St Albans, Tunbridge Wells Birmingham, Ash Vale (opening soon) and Manchester, where you are more than welcome to come and see a selection of our products on display.

Do you charge for delivery?

We only ask you to contribute £75 towards the delivery of your furniture by our 2 man delivery team, no matter how many items you buy. This is obviously heavily subsidised by Darlings of Chelsea and makes buying your furniture from us cheaper for you. Find out more >

How long will delivery take?

This is dependent on the lead times of the manufacturer of your chosen sofa. You will be advised on lead times at the time of purchase, and you can call us for updates once your order is placed. You will be contacted once your sofa is ready to arrange a delivery time that is convenient for you. Find out more >

Do you deliver abroad?

If you require delivery abroad please contact us at one of our showrooms to see if this can be arranged for you.

Do you offer finance?

Yes we do - we take a 20% deposit and then its 12 months interest free credit. You can work you’re your monthly payments using our simple finance calculator.

Is it safe to buy from Darlings of Chelsea over the Internet?

All our payments are processed by Natwest Streamline and they process approximately 1 in 2 online transactions in the UK. The process is absolutely secure.

For the technically minded - the payment processing section of our site is protected by Verisign encryption, and your credit card details are further encrypted using the Data Encryption Standard (128 bit) before being processed by our order system.

How can I pay?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept cheques (made payable to Darlings of Chelsea Ltd.), bank transfer and cash if preferred. Find out more >

Do your prices include VAT?


Is your furniture guaranteed?

All Darlings of Chelsea comes with a standard manufacturer’s warranty (which varies depending on manufacturer) with the option to extend by 5 years. Find out more >

Do you supply to trade?

Yes, we currently supply hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, interior designers and many more and are able to offer discounts on all contract orders. Please call John Darling on 0207 371 5745 or email to discuss your requirements.

What can I do with my old sofa?

We can take that away for you for a small charge - or why not donate it to charity? The British Heart Foundation offers a free collection service. Alternatively you can arrange collection with your local council, or even put it on Gumtree!
