So you&#8217;ll want your space to be as snug and cosy looking as possible. The Rustic look is the perfect design scheme for this time of year, where hibernating seems like the only option (not that we British like to get melodramatic or anything&#8230;). Although you can mix in modern elements &#8211; rules are made to be broken after all &#8211; in order to achieve a truly &#8216;rustic&#8217; look, think cosy wood cabin or traditional french country kitchen for that snug &#8216;stepped-back-time&#8217; feeling.
