To include but not limited to: ·

  • To maintain any rented or owned vans to ensure maximum efficiency and to ensure kept up to date on all maintenance, including washing and cleaning
  • To assist the in any case related customer visits and site fixes / repairs in customer homes and on site
  • To carry out the taking of photographs for all stock items returning to the site 
  • The loading and unloading of all Darlings of Chelsea and supplier vehicles as required - lifting sofas and sofa beds etc.
  • The undertaking of all delivery, collections, exchanges and disposals for both suppliers and customers as required - to include full days of making deliveries or technitian visits
  • The picking of all goods ready for loading, inlcuding moving, wrapping, packaging pf all Sofas and products etc.
  • Support the Operations Supervisor in the management of all Darlings of Chelsea stock including the correct grading and safe storage of all items at all times
  • Support the Operations Supervisor in the management of all Darlings of Chelsea stock lists to ensure they are 100% accurate at all times
  • Ensure adherence to the relevant Darlings of Chelsea Processes & Policies
  • Provide an exceptional and on brand customer service at all times
  • Be an ambassador for Darlings of Chelsea at all times
  • When completing any aspect of the Darlings of Chelsea logistical operations, ensuring that all Health & Safety Rules & Regulations are adhered to at all times
  • To ensure Darlings of Chelsea vans, warehouse, PPE and uniforms are kept tidy and in a good condition
  • Cutting and stickering fabrics for fabric samples
  • Picking and packing fabric samples for customer
  • To order any supplies and materials needed
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

 Salary : £19,500 - £21,500 per anumn

This is a full time permenant position Monday to Friday

To include but not limited to:

  • Greet and welcome customers to the showroom
  • Offer and prepare refreshments
  • Deal with enquiries in store, over the phone, on chat and on emails as appropriate and assist customers in any way possible – products, fabrics, prices, delivery times, catalogues, fabric sample packs
  • Ensure a high level of understanding on products and services offered by Darlings of Chelsea
  • Provide a high level of customer service, promoting relevant product ranges
  • Complete orders and take payments on tablet/desktop
  • Raise invoices, PO and fabric POs and ensure raised in a timely fashion and approved with 100% accuracy
  • Maintain the showroom ensuring presentation is to a high standard at all times – fabric displays, cushions, marketing materials etc.
  • Liaise with admin and supply chain staff where needed on any updates
  • Provide updates and ETAs to your customers as appropriate throughout the customer journey
  • Answering phones, emails and online chat
  • Raising any case with CS as and when applicable
  • Chase and balances and update any delivery details with logistics providers
  • Assist in other showroom activities as requested by the Showroom Manager
  • Any other ad-hoc duties and holiday cover

Salary: £20k - £21k basic - £26-£28k O.T.E

1% commission paid on ALL sales made if company target is achieved

Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday

  • Building relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Working quickly and effectively to resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and for the best resolve for customer and business
  • Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
