Delivery Information

We only ask you to contribute £75 towards the delivery of your furniture by our 2 man delivery team, no matter how many items you buy. This is obviously heavily subsidised by Darlings of Chelsea and makes buying your furniture from us cheaper for you.

Worldwide delivery is available on request charged at cost.

Products normally are dispatched within 4 - 7 weeks of receipt of your order (except our Italia and Designer Range) . Delivery is made through independent carriers. A signature is required on delivery of the product.

Delivery is arranged by a professional third party who deliver on specified days between Monday and Friday according to postcode areas (see table). When the courier has received your furniture they will contact you personally to arrange delivery. Once a date has been confirmed, you are asked to call the courier the day before delivery, between the hours of 1-3pm, to confirm your two hour time slot. If you are unable to accept delivery on the next available delivery slots, your furniture will be held for two weeks free of charge. Beyond two weeks, customers are subject to storage costs, payable direct to the courier.

AB, PA, IV and KW postcodes there will be a small additional charge which will be advised prior to order confirmation. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands we will need to get a quote for you.

Any damage done to your property by delivery men must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage reported after this period.

Whilst we try our best to adhere to the approximate delivery times given, we cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays that may occur at any stage in the supply chain.
