Any orders placed with us from 1st April 2020, you can cancel your online or phone order at any time prior to delivery with no charges. All you need to do is advise us in writing by email.
Once your order has been delivered and you are not totally satisfied, then please contact us within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order - either via chat, over the phone or via email. Just tell us that you no longer wish to keep your order (along with your reason for returning it) and we will then arrange to have the item collected and give you a full refund including any delivery charges. This applies to all made to order products. Our normal terms and conditions apply to clearance.
From the date of ordering, your new furniture will be delivered in around 8-10 weeks.
How our delivery works
Once your item(s) are ready for delivery, our third party delivery team will contact you to organise a delivery date. The working day before your delivery date they will contact you between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to give you a 2 hour time-slot.
On the day of delivery, our team will take your item(s) into your room of choice; they will unpack and assemble them and take aware and recycle the packaging. Please let them know if you want to keep the packaging.
Non-UK Mainland deliveries
For a delivery outside of the UK or to a non-UK Mainland address, our third party delivery team can deliver to a port/shipping company of your choice at no extra cost. For an additional charge we can arrange delivery to an address outside mainland UK. Please note: warranties and guarantees do not extend to goods that are shipped outside mainland UK.
14 day returns
Most of our items can be returned for a full refund no questions asked. If you don’t love your new furniture please contact us, and we will let you know how to return it to us.
Unfortunately there are some exceptions to this rule, such as items purchased from our clearance warehouse, small items, soft furnishings and bespoke items. Bespoke items are those that have been made in a fabric or altered to your specifications outside our normal range.
We allow you 14 days from date of delivery for you to inspect your goods to make sure that they are what you want. If you are not sure you are going to keep your item(s), all we ask is that you leave all tags, mattress packaging etc intact; only remove these items once you are sure you are keeping your items.

Recycling your old item
If you need your old items to be recycled, we can organise this with our third party delivery team when we deliver your new ones. If you would like to use this service please contact your sales representative who will provide you with a quote.
