The Duresta Trafalgar

The Trafalgar sofa is a quintessentially English Country House sofa, inspired by pieces found in National Trust properties such as Knole, home of the Sackville-Wests. A large, comfortable sofa with a deep seat and a high back, it also takes inspiration from a sofa found on HMS Victory, the flagship of Lord Nelson at the battle of Trafalgar. Like Nelson’s sofa, and like many classic country house sofas, the arms of the Trafalgar hinge down to form a day bed.

The Duresta Connaught

The quintessential club sofa, the Connaught is a Chesterfield sofa with a deeply buttoned back and arms, comfortable seat cushions a generous 124 cm deep, and elegant scrolled arms. Available in leather or fabric and a wide variety of patterns, the Connaught stands out from the crowd even by the already stylish standard of Chesterfield sofas, with distinctive subtle curves and beautiful carved wooden legs.
